TIn 2011 MIT celebrated it's 150th anniversary with a remarkable cascade of symposia, performances, exhibitions, and landmark events. The centerpiece of the MIT150 celebration was a formal academic event to recall the 1949 Mid-Century Convocation and to celebrate the scholarly accomplishments of MIT faculty and students. This is a short clip from the video we created for the event which was projected on a 90’ x 20’ Video Screen to an audience of 8000 attendees.
